Dans le cadre du programme volontariat international en entreprise (VIE), qui permet d’exercer des missions scientifiques dans des entreprises françaises à l’étranger. SANOFI offre un stage à Edimbourg sur l’épidémiologie du VRS.
Description du poste
Le programme VIE ne concerne que les moins de 29 ans (au moment de l’embauche), cette offre est donc ciblée vers les internes en fin de cursus, ou ayant un M2 de recherche. Plus d’information sur ce programme : lien .
- La durée de la mission serait de un an renouvelable une fois,
- La prise de fonction se ferait dès que possible,

Missions
- Participate as a core member of multi-international working group to conduct a high profile RSV disease burden assessment funded by the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) http://www.resc-eu.org , under the global HEOR lead and RESCEU coordinator supervision
- Participate in the syntheses of published and unpublished data on RSV disease including Meta analyses of aggregated data and individual level patient data.
- Develop a protocol research to conduct literature reviews, and then extract the data and analyze them.
- Preparation of technical reports for governing bodies/committees, manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals, presentations within working groups and scientific congresses
Profil
- Professional qualifications
- MSc in Public Health / Epidemiology or related topics
- Knowledge of the development and conduct of epidemiological studies
- Knowledge of vaccines or infectious diseases a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English

- Ability to assimilate technical data and translate it into business strategies
- Project mgmt skills, ability to deal with cross expertise & cultural teams
- Management of data in data management systems such as Microsoft Access/Excel and basic skills with statistics and statistical software
